Headwaters Board

  • ThumbMy name is Dave Hadden and I am pleased to be Headwaters Montana's first director. I've lived in western Montana for 34 years and raised my children here. If you live here because you love wildlife, our clean lakes and rivers, and our outdoor heritage, then I hope you will join Headwaters Montana. Thank you!
  • ThumbMy name is Roger Sherman - I am a retired teacher and coach at the secondary and college level. I have been a conservation activists for many years.
  • ThumbMy name is Edwin Fields - I am a General Contractor in Whitefish. My wife Maura our infant daughter and I moved to Montana in 1979 when we were too dumb to know any better. Our son is a native Montanan having been born in Libby. I have been involved with environmental issues since I was a teenager.
  • ThumbMy name is Carol Blake - I moved to Eureka 16 years ago and love living in the paradise of Northwest Montana. I am a life long conservationist/activist as is my entire family. I enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, horseback riding and just sitting near or on any body of water. I am a real estate eco-broker and own and run a Bed and Breakfast property.
  • ThumbMy name is Callie Schieffer, a chemical engineer living in Kalispell Montana. I grew up in the Northwest on a small farm near Boise, Idaho. Camping as a child gave me a great appreciation for the natural world and the clean water that supports it. I have worked on water issues for over 10 years and look forward to contributing to Headwaters.
  • ThumbI'm Gary Saurey, a Certified Public Accountant in Whitefish. I am a third generation native Montanan, and my family remains deeply rooted in the Valley. Owning property in the North Fork is my main reason for joining Headwaters, although I have been a conservationist as long as I can remember.
